Unfortunately for a few users the following technical issues cause a problem. If you don't think either of these circumstances are the cause, please get in touch and we'll try and help out! Flash To design your garment at Foghorn, you will use a design interface created in Macromedia Flash software.   To play this software, your computer requires Adobe Flash Player 9.  Our system should detect this requirement, and direct you to a page on our website where you can download Adobe Flash Player securely.  If your computer has an earlier version of Adobe Flash Player, you willl also be directed to this download so you can update to the latest version. Some computers, particularly in large businesses, have very high levels of firewall protection which do not allow you to make downloads.  In these circumstances, you should contact your IT administrator or technical support service, or use a computer at another location which allows downloads. Browser Foghorn's design interfaces, 'The Workshop' and 'Off the Rack', work best when viewed with Internet Explorer browser.  Other browsers will allow you to view and use the design interfaces with varying degrees of success.
