Foghorn Productions Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject any slogan or symbol use which is known by Foghorn Productions Pty Ltd to contravene copyright or intellectual property rights held by other organisations/individuals, and to reject orders already received if any such contravention is known or suspected to exist. It is not the responsibility of Foghorn Productions Pty Ltd to ensure that no third-party rights are violated by designs submitted to the website. In creating a text and/or symbol combination, the customer bears responsibility for any violation of copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights, and must ensure that no other legal rights of any third-parties are infringed. By entering into transactions with us through our website you agree to indemnify Foghorn Productions Pty Ltd for any claims incurred in connection with any third-parties rights violation arising out of your transaction. DESIGN VARIATIONS Foghorn Productions Pty Ltd will always endeavour to provide designs which match the colour, size and layout presented on our website. Variations in digital colour reproduction may however result in colours of garments or prints that vary from those displayed on some computers. The proportionate size of text and/or symbols may also vary slightly depending on the size of the garment selected. For example, a design reproduced on a very large garment will be proportionately smaller than the same design on a smaller garment. CENSORSHIP Foghorn Productions Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse to manufacture and/or supply any design which it deems to be offensive. RETURNS We will only accept goods returned for refund or replacement only if the goods demonstrate a visible fault in the garment or printing. Returns will also only be accepted with an Authorised Return Number (ARN), which can be obtained from Foghorn Productions Pty Ltd by email at customerservice@foghorn.com.auor fax (03 9421 6096). An ARN must be requested from us no later than one week from the good’s delivery. We will require a detailed description of the defect prior to providing an ARN. Foghorn Productions Pty Ltd will then, if appropriate, arrange for the items return or replacement. As every T Shirt is customised by hand, we cannot accept returns on the basis of size.  Please choose yor size carefully! This guide will help, or you can contact us for assistance. VARIATIONS & CANCELLATIONS We aim to produce your order as quickly as possible after it is received. Because this can mean your design goes into production immediately, we do not accept cancellations of orders. If, after you have placed your order, you realise you have made a mistake or want make a change in your design, we will accept alterations only if your order has not entered production. In these circumstances, please email us as soon as possible.
