HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We aim to have your one-off T Shirt or Hoodie delivered to you within four to five business days of your order being received. Sometime's it's even faster!

In very busy periods, this may take slightly longer. We will inform you by email if there is likely to be a big delay.

In rare cases, we need to clarify orders and may need to contact you, so please make sure your current email and phone details are correct when you order.

If your order is urgent, email us to let us know and we'll do the best we can to get it to you super fast.

DELIVERY: AUSTRALIA

We know you don’t want to wait for your unique T Shirt, so we rush it to your door in a cheerful yellow Australia Post Express satchel.  Every satchel has a unique barcode, which means it can be tracked easily via Australia Post. 

Australia Post promise to provide next day delivery to all Captial Cities, and many other parts of Australia. For regional areas, allow an extra day. Check estimated delivery times with Australia Post.

Postage & Handling per order: 

1 x T Shirt: $7.70 Australia Wide     

2-4 x T Shirts: $11.50 Australia Wide   

5 or more T Shirts: we'll package your order to achieve the cheapest postage costs we can.

1 x Hoodie: Our Hoodies are big and cuddly and need a roomy pack. $11.50 per Hoodie Australia Wide

Delivery should be made 1 to 2 days after dispatch.

We do not insure items during delivery, so if your postbox/front door is not secure, you might like to nominate a delivery address that is, such as a staffed workplace.

You need it in a big hurry? (Your forgot their birthday again!?!) We’ll try and help out, but it will cost you! Please contact us. (Do remember that we need occasional sleep, and our office may not be attended outside normal working hours.)

DELIVERY: OVERSEAS

We can deliver to any country on the planet through our trusty friends at Australia Post.

Postage & Handling: AUD$15.00 Worldwide Airmail for T shirts and $35.00 for Hoodies.  Overseas delivery can take about three weeks - this can vary depending on the mail service in the receiving country.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If you haven’t received your order by the time you expected, contact us and we'll try to sort it out.

Foghorn orders are almost always shipped within a few days of receipt and are sent by Express Post satchels, for delivery by Australia Post the following day to most metropolitan areas.  Delivery problems or delays are uncommon and usually come to light quickly.  To ensure speedy resolution, Foghorn liaises with Australia Post on your behalf and keeps you informed of progress.  Hardcopy shipment records are kept for 6-8 weeks.

Please note that we cannot replace or refund any orders which are not received, until 30 calendar days have passed and sufficient investigations have been made with the delivery provider.

VARIATIONS, RETURNS & CANCELATIONS

Every order is created individually to your specifications, and enters production as soon as possible after it is received. Because of this, we do not accept cancellations, and will accept returns only if there is a fault in your garment or an error has been made by us during production.

If you contact us quickly after your order is placed, we may be able to make alterations to your design, but this will depend on the stage your order has reached in our production cycle at the time we receive your notification.
